The composition uses a black and white reproduction of an image associated with space exploration and the lunar surface, showing an astronaut in the foreground within an arid landscape. A fragmentary illustrated graphic element has been inserted into the lower right area of the photographic image, creating a contrast between photography, drawing and appropriated imagery. The title FUGA appears prominently at the top and functions as the verbal key to the work, connecting the space exploration scene with ideas of displacement, escape, departure, distance and the search for other territories.
