At the top of the composition appears the title JAZZ SONETO. The work incorporates elements of musical writing, including staff lines, treble clef, bass clef and graphic forms resembling musical notes, combined with extensive typographic sequences of the letters J, A and Z. The repetition of these three letters visually constructs the word JAZZ and transforms the term into graphic, sonic and rhythmic material.
