A composição apresenta um mapa mundi desenhado em linhas pretas, sobreposto pelas palavras em inglês Artists of All Countries Unite, convocação traduzida como Artistas de todos os países, uni vos. The composition features a world map drawn in black lines and overlaid with the English words Artists of All Countries Unite. Along the side margins, the Spanish inscription Padín y Caraballo, Libertad para forms the message Libertad para Padín y Caraballo. A red mark placed in the region corresponding to Uruguay connects the geography of the map with the imprisonment of the artists.
