Observation textThe work presents a frontal black and white composition formed by extensive organic and irregular areas. The left side is predominantly dark, while the right side contains a greater presence of light areas, although both regions remain interconnected through cutouts, voids and graphic extensions. The distribution of forms creates an unstable relationship between figure and ground without establishing a conventional word, sentence or narrative. The paper shows signs consistent with aging and handling, including yellowing, small stains, superficial marks, creases and wear along the edges. The reverse shows a faint transfer of the frontal composition as well as a stamp bearing the name Clemente Padín and the address Casilla C. Central 1211, Montevideo, Uruguay. Above the stamp is the handwritten inscription Texto II 67, which is important for the historical identification of the work. Photographic documentation should preserve the front, reverse, stamp, handwritten inscription, edges and details of the support.
